Administrative Assistant - We are searching for an Administrative Assistants who will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:

Perform various word processing functions such as formatting, creating, revising, retrieving, and storing documents.
Use SAP and web based tools to extract reports and update data
Use Microsoft Excel to run preconfigured reports and compile data
Operate standard office equipment; calculators, copiers, adding machines, etc.

Electronic and hard copy filing
Audit and troubleshoot to correct forms, data, and filing when needed
Schedule meetings, and travel, and process travel expenses
Assist in the cataloging, maintenance and distribution of literature and brochures.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant include:

Experience working with a consumer goods company
Experience working in Adobe, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
Familiar with general office practices, standard office equipment, and filing systems
Math aptitude
Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
